FOUNDER
Justin Vaughn
Born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas, Justin Vaughn has always had a heart for giving. From a young age, he was known for his generosity, whether it was donating his shoes or finding new ways to help those in need. After earning his bachelor's degree in human resource management from Kansas State University and his Master of Business Administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University, Justin set out to use his education to uplift his community. He co-founded the Society of Gentlemen Mentoring Program, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of teenage African American males through Christian teachings, educational seminars, and community involvement. The program has inspired countless young men and helped strengthen neighborhoods one at a time. On June 22, 2020, Justin welcomed his daughter, Harper Marie Vaughn, into the world. Fueled by a desire to build a lasting legacy of service for her, he founded the JV Family Foundation. Through this initiative, Justin continues his lifelong mission to empower, educate, and enrich the community he proudly calls home.
